Villa Turco Berti is more than a residence: it is a tapestry of stories, transformations, and elegance woven through the centuries. From the 17th century to today, every era has left its precious mark, shaping a place that still resonates with charm and memory.
The origins of the villa date back to the 17th century, when the first maps of the area already depicted an elegant residence overlooking Caldiero’s main square, surrounded by rural houses and farmland.
In 1873, Bartolomeo Longo gave new life to the property, redesigning it with refined elegance. The interiors were enriched with decorations and a grand reception hall with a frescoed ceiling, a symbol of sophistication and prosperity.
At the end of the 19th century, the villa was enhanced with a Neo-Gothic rural building—affectionately known as “the castle”—which added a unique and scenic presence to the complex.
In 1923, the property passed to the Turco family, who made it the center of their family and social life. The main entrance was moved towards the square, the façades were decorated with new patterns, and the interiors renewed.
Thanks to a meticulous restoration, Villa Turco Berti once again shines in its original splendor: a residence that tells its story with the grace of the past and a vision of the future.
